How Tox Unit Price researches listings and cost notes—and what a “Verified” badge will mean when phone checks begin.
Purpose
Tox Unit Price helps readers understand neurotoxin unit pricing and find publicly listed businesses by city. The aim is specific, sourced facts—not rankings or “best of” lists.
Listings
- Inclusion is free. Payment does not affect inclusion or order.
- Name, address, phone, and services come from the company’s website (or another clearly cited public page).
- Each listing shows a “Last checked” date for that source.
- License numbers appear only when they come from a public licensing database or board lookup.
- Reviews, star ratings, and “top rated” labels are not published here.
Local and cost content
- City notes stick to checkable facts (for example, which state agency handles well permits).
- Cost figures cite their source and date. They are planning ranges or store advertising—not bids.
- A local dollar range appears on a city page only when a public government, extension, or similar source supports it. Otherwise the page may show a national consumer guide or a retailer advertising claim, with the source named.
Photos
Photos are licensed stock or public-domain images. Credits are listed on the photo credits page. They do not depict listed businesses.
How verification works
Today, every listing is a directory entry researched from public websites. Contact details are only as current as the “Last checked” date—confirm them before you hire or visit.
A Verified badge will mean a phone (or equivalent) check confirmed the public listing details. Phone checks are not running yet, so no listing carries a Verified badge.
Fields such as “Gives written quotes” or “Response time” appear only when the company’s own public site states them.
